These terms cover the EdgeSpeak website, account service, desktop downloads, and license access.

License
A lifetime license grants access to EdgeSpeak on the allowed number of activated devices. Additional device capacity may require a separate agreement.
Accounts and devices
You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in link, license key, and activated devices under your control. Device slots can be managed from your account page.
Payments and trials
Purchases are processed by a secure payment provider. Trial, early bird, and refund terms are shown at checkout or in the product page at the time of purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use EdgeSpeak to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, or process content you do not have permission to use.
Privacy
EdgeSpeak is designed for local-first speech processing. Account, purchase, license, and support data are handled as described in the privacy page.
