列出音色并选择兼容组合

GET /v1/audio/voices

生成播报前先列出音色。请选择 available: true 的音色，并检查各模型的 compatibility 列表；可用不等于对每个播报模型都兼容。

响应

200声音库。示例里有一条用户音色，ID 只作说明。

401API Key 缺失或无效。

403Host 或 Origin 不被允许，或 License 被拒。按 error.code 区分这两种情况。

503所需的本地模型仍在准备（model_downloading），或服务正忙（service_busy）。带 Retry-After 时按它退避。
